Leadership intelligence
The design could connect validated operational evidence to service demand, referrals, participation, milestones, gaps, projects and contribution trends. No actual CHI numbers are shown in this documentation.
Proposed reporting process
- Operational evidence is collected: Use separately approved operational services. Gate: Operational authorization.
- Access is checked: Confirm caller, role, site/project scope and MFA. Gate: Current Trust permission.
- Definitions are validated: Check provenance, accuracy and outcome meaning. Gate: Validation policy.
- Privacy is applied: Remove identifiers and suppress unsafe groups. Gate: Approved thresholds.
- Dashboard is prepared: Distinguish demand, referral and delivered support. Gate: Reporting permission.
- Leadership reviews: Interpret limits and unresolved gaps. Gate: Authorized reporting access.
- Action is approved: Define accountable scope, budget and safeguards. Gate: Formal approval.
- Outcomes are evaluated: Review before expanding the program. Gate: Evaluation and expansion approval.
Privacy threshold policy
Existing illustrative impact content suppresses groups under five as a demo convention. That is not an approved universal threshold or proven de-identification standard. Production thresholds, access, combinations and retention need data-governance review.
Avoid misleading outcomes
A reviewed referral is not a delivered service, a pledge is not received money and project progress is not proof that a youth goal is complete. Use validated definitions before comparing trends.
Current limitation
No live executive dataset, operational dashboard or formal strategic approval is established. Public tours cannot import protected audit/capabilities data or become staff access.
