Purpose and audience

Find a next step without creating an identity.

Audience: Anonymous Visitor. This article describes proposed operations; the tour itself is a public-safe read-only storyboard.

Entry, authentication and boundaries

Public home and resources; no sign-in required.

May access: Public listings, guide demonstrations and read-only vision content.

May not access: Saved private Journeys and all organizational records.

Step-by-step workflow

The 8-step guided tour is navigable with visible controls, keyboard arrows and horizontal touch swipes. These controls only change the explanation shown.

  • 1. Open the public home: Read the prototype notice and choose a support action. Responsible: Visitor. Shared: None Approval: No account required.
  • 2. Select a category: Explore education, work, essentials, wellbeing or housing. Responsible: Visitor. Shared: Category only Approval: No account required.
  • 3. Inspect limitations: Check that listed services are fictional, not verified availability. Responsible: Visitor. Shared: None Approval: Availability must be verified outside this prototype.
  • 4. Choose a guide: Use scripted AI or simulated Let’s Talk without a goal. Responsible: Visitor. Shared: Optional temporary fictional text Approval: Explicit choice.
  • 5. Skip personal details: Keep names, addresses and sensitive experiences out of practice. Responsible: Visitor. Shared: No sensitive information Approval: Data minimization.
  • 6. Try a temporary goal: Enter practice explicitly; anonymous access does not create an account. Responsible: Visitor. Shared: Local-memory goal Approval: Explicit practice entry.
  • 7. Consider a private account: Read the unavailable registration and persistence warning. Responsible: Visitor. Shared: No registration is submitted Approval: Account activation remains blocked.
  • 8. Leave safely: Exit practice; refresh or inactivity clears temporary state. Responsible: Visitor. Shared: No operational record Approval: Temporary-session boundary.

Exceptions and notifications

If no account required is missing or invalid, stop this step. The responsible visitor would review an appropriate alternative; the prototype sends no escalation or notification.

If data minimization is missing or invalid, stop this step. The responsible visitor would review an appropriate alternative; the prototype sends no escalation or notification.

If temporary-session boundary is missing or invalid, stop this step. The responsible visitor would review an appropriate alternative; the prototype sends no escalation or notification.

No notification, application, invitation or escalation is sent by this public tour. Future communication needs approved services, consent and appropriate safeguarding.

Example and expected result

Use fictional Alex’s GED/employment journey or a fictional supporter project to follow anonymous visitor. The expected result today is understanding who acts, what is shared and where approval is required—not a saved record or fulfilled service.

Exit practice; refresh or inactivity clears temporary state.

Privacy and progress

Do not enter sensitive youth, clinical, donor or organizational information. Saved private Journeys and all organizational records.

Storyboard progress is a URL coordinate, not an operational record. Proposed service evidence, finance reconciliation and youth goal updates require separate approved systems. Youth retain final control of goal completion.

Current status and future dependencies

Tour controls: local prototype. Operational steps: Planned unless the step explicitly describes an existing public demonstration. Account activation, live coordination, payments and assignments remain Blocked pending reviews.

Prerequisites include verified CHI authority, appropriate consent, scoped permissions, MFA for staff, safeguarding/finance review, recovery readiness and a separately approved implementation/test package.
