Purpose and audience

Bring people together around a purpose with no size or donation minimum.

Audience: Impact Circle Organizer. This article describes proposed operations; the tour itself is a public-safe read-only storyboard.

Entry, authentication and boundaries

Public create-circle practice; temporary proposal only.

May access: Fictional circles and local proposal practice.

May not access: Operational membership, youth contact, spending and permission grants.

Step-by-step workflow

The 8-step guided tour is navigable with visible controls, keyboard arrows and horizontal touch swipes. These controls only change the explanation shown.

  • 1. Choose a purpose: Name a fictional community goal; one organizer is enough. Responsible: Organizer. Shared: Non-sensitive purpose Approval: No circle-size minimum.
  • 2. Propose in practice: Read the temporary-state and no-submission notice. Responsible: Organizer. Shared: Local-memory proposal Approval: Explicit practice entry.
  • 3. Await CHI review design: See suitability, owner and safeguarding decisions. Responsible: CHI reviewer. Shared: Proposed purpose and activity Approval: CHI approval.
  • 4. Invite interest conceptually: No invitations are actually sent. Responsible: Organizer. Shared: Non-sensitive member interest Approval: Approved communications.
  • 5. Plan separate commitments: Track funds, time and items distinctly. Responsible: Members. Shared: Proposed contribution measures Approval: Activity and finance review.
  • 6. Approve safe activity: Confirm supervision and current participant eligibility. Responsible: CHI coordinator. Shared: Task-only information Approval: Screening and assignment.
  • 7. Verify results: Recognize attendance and delivery only with evidence. Responsible: Verifier. Shared: Authorized activity evidence Approval: Verification.
  • 8. Renew or close: Review continuing fit, retention and optional recognition. Responsible: CHI reviewer and organizer. Shared: Approved aggregate summary Approval: Renewal/closure approval.

Exceptions and notifications

If no circle-size minimum is missing or invalid, stop this step. The responsible organizer would review an appropriate alternative; the prototype sends no escalation or notification.

If activity and finance review is missing or invalid, stop this step. The responsible members would review an appropriate alternative; the prototype sends no escalation or notification.

If renewal/closure approval is missing or invalid, stop this step. The responsible chi reviewer and organizer would review an appropriate alternative; the prototype sends no escalation or notification.

No notification, application, invitation or escalation is sent by this public tour. Future communication needs approved services, consent and appropriate safeguarding.

Example and expected result

Use fictional Alex’s GED/employment journey or a fictional supporter project to follow impact circle organizer. The expected result today is understanding who acts, what is shared and where approval is required—not a saved record or fulfilled service.

Review continuing fit, retention and optional recognition.

Privacy and progress

Do not enter sensitive youth, clinical, donor or organizational information. Operational membership, youth contact, spending and permission grants.

Storyboard progress is a URL coordinate, not an operational record. Proposed service evidence, finance reconciliation and youth goal updates require separate approved systems. Youth retain final control of goal completion.

Current status and future dependencies

Tour controls: local prototype. Operational steps: Planned unless the step explicitly describes an existing public demonstration. Account activation, live coordination, payments and assignments remain Blocked pending reviews.

Prerequisites include verified CHI authority, appropriate consent, scoped permissions, MFA for staff, safeguarding/finance review, recovery readiness and a separately approved implementation/test package.
