Small contributions count
The existing practice allows a proposed $5 contribution, five minutes of time or one laptop. These are separate offers, not received funds, verified hours or delivered equipment.
Offers are not verified impact
Only evidence-backed delivery and attendance could be verified under a future approved service. No automatic cash valuation, tax receipt, payment matching or wealth ranking.
Permissions and recognition
Donating or proposing never grants youth-record access. Contributor identities and individual giving remain private unless disclosure is explicitly authorized. Recognition must be opt-in and approved.
Operational dependencies
Approved projects, payment/provider review, scoped finance duties, evidence, audit and privacy-safe reporting must precede operation.
