From idea to reviewed project

Public proposals are temporary fictional practice. A submitted-simulation label is not an application or approval. No real project owner, spending authority or youth-facing assignment is created.

Proposed review sequence

  • Idea is proposed: Describe an appropriate purpose and contribution. Decision owner: Impact partner. Gate: Fictional practice today.
  • CHI reviews fit: Check program suitability and community benefit. Decision owner: CHI reviewer. Gate: Program approval.
  • Finance and safeguarding review: Check restrictions, risks and responsibilities. Decision owner: Finance / safeguarding reviewers. Gate: Independent relevant approvals.
  • Owner is assigned: Verify scoped responsibility. Decision owner: CHI authority. Gate: Trust assignment.
  • Project is approved: Define deliverables and evidence criteria. Decision owner: Program authority. Gate: Program and financial approval.
  • Contributions are coordinated: Keep pledges, hours and items separate. Decision owner: Project owner. Gate: Vetting and activity approval.
  • Milestones are verified: Require evidence rather than marking offers as delivered. Decision owner: Independent verifier. Gate: Verification.
  • Impact is reported: Use only authorized privacy-safe aggregates. Decision owner: Reporting steward. Gate: Privacy and reporting approval.

Fictional technology project

A supporter could propose equipment for a reviewed education activity. CHI would decide suitability, finance restrictions, safeguarding and ownership before offers were coordinated. A laptop offer is not delivered equipment.

Data and exceptions

Only a minimum necessary proposal and approved task evidence should be shared. Do not include a young person’s name, private Journey or clinical detail. If review fails, stop; the prototype sends no exception notification.

Current limitation

No backend project approval, persistent submission, assignment, payment or verified reporting service is activated. All operational steps require separately approved scoped implementation.
