Human support is separate from AI
Let’s Talk uses /call for Chat With Us, Give Us a Call, Send a Message and Request a Call. The current experience is simulated, with no verified live staffing, responder availability, phone number or response time.
Explore the demonstration
- Open Let’s Talk without a goal or account.
- Choose one of the four communication modes.
- If using goal context, explicitly select and approve one goal only.
- Use fictional, non-sensitive conversation input.
- Read scripted replies as demonstrations, not actual advice from CHI staff.
- Exit to clear local conversation; sixty-second inactivity clears it too.
What is shared
No full Journey or private reflections enter a conversation. Optional account goal scope is read-only and selected by consent. Pending simulated replies must not restore cleared conversation text.
Fictional example
Alex chooses chat and approves a GED goal context. A fictional navigator response demonstrates a possible discussion, not a real referral or staffed conversation.
Unavailable connection
A button or scripted reply is not proof of a call, message delivery or callback request. For urgent real needs, use appropriate verified local resources outside this prototype.
Before live operation
Staffing, safeguarding, communication consent, provider delivery, monitoring and operational response procedures need explicit review and testing.
