Open /ai or choose a starter.
Use fictional non-sensitive text.
Select a single existing goal only if you want and explicitly consent.
Review the scripted response.
Use the Journey review link to approve or reject any proposed goal change.
Exit or allow inactivity clearing; no operational conversation is stored.

Decision boundaries

The guide never diagnoses, approves funding, determines eligibility, makes safeguarding decisions or automatically writes a goal. Private reflections and unrelated goals are excluded.

Alex asks about finishing school. The script offers a possible next step; Alex can reject it or review it in the existing Journey builder.

Limitations and human support

A convincing reply is not verified advice, provider availability or a live referral. Let’s Talk is a separate simulated human-support option, not a current guaranteed handoff.

Before live AI

Approved AI use, safeguarding, consent, minimal-data handling, human escalation and provider testing are required; this phase activates no AI integration.
