Purpose and audience
Explore accessible, multilingual discovery on proposed community kiosks.
Intended users: Anonymous kiosk visitors and authorized fleet/site teams. Intended benefit: Reach people who may not have a private device.
Access and prerequisites
The existing /connect route is a public fictional demonstration, not staff authority. Real access would require: Approved deployment, monitored device security and safeguarding review before real operation.
What you can explore
No real kiosk fleet, approved deployment site or active responder connection.
- Fictional kiosk experience
- Language and accessibility controls
- Shared-device clearing design
Explore the prototype safely
Open the Connect demonstration using the module link. Read its notice before interacting. Inspect the relevant example view; use fictional, non-sensitive input only. Local changes demonstrate an idea, not an operational action.
Use the Connected Ecosystem map to inspect the Connect connections. Continue to a role tour to understand proposed approvals. Do not try to bypass unavailable registration, assignments or administrative controls.
Example scenario
In fictional Alex’s support scenario, Connect contributes only its permitted task. The input would be: An anonymous resource choice; identity is optional, not inherited from a previous visitor. The expected proposed output would be: A temporary next step or proposed connection; no real responder notification.

Privacy and approvals
Kiosk inactivity clears temporary personal content; no extension should retain another visitor’s session.
Approved deployment, monitored device security and safeguarding review before real operation.
Troubleshooting and limitations
No real kiosk fleet, approved deployment site or active responder connection.
If a view is unavailable, do not submit personal details elsewhere to work around it. A simulated approval cannot activate a service or grant access. The help center cannot resolve an emergency or connect a live responder.
